About The Author

Dougie Davidson is 39 and lives in Edinburgh, Scotland, with his partner, Helen.  He has two children and named his son Noel, as a tribute to Noel Gallagher.
Davidson was offered a place on Scotland's exclusive journalism degree course but chose to enter the work force, having a successful career in pensions and sales management. Not forgetting his first love of writing, Dougie Davidson pursued this route as a freelance journalist, reviewing concerts and releases.  This is his first published book and is a tribute to Noel Gallagher, whose career he has followed in detail since March 1994.  Dougie owns 1500 Oasis cds/dvds, has seen them live numerous times and helps in the running of three Oasis websites, including The Official Oasis Site.
